At Laura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Laura account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer, ensuring the package is properly sealed.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
